  1. This pen does not support Bluetooth or palm rejection. No pressure or tilt sensitivity.

  2. If your phone or tablet uses the Apple Pencil via a Bluetooth connection so that other pens cannot be used on the touch screen, please forget the Apple Pencil in Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth.

  3. Please check your iPad or iPad Pro.

  --Go to Settings > Apple Pencil > Turn off Apple Pencil.

  --Settings > Notes > Disable "Draw with Apple Pencil ONLY". You can then use the Active Pencil.
