3. Products and Descriptions

• We try to show our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Product images are for illustration. Minor differences in packaging or design may occur.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

4. Prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices, discounts, and offers can change without notice.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price due to a mistake, we may cancel the order and inform you, even after it is confirmed.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are added to the order total.

5. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted only when we confirm it.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.
• We may cancel or refuse any order, for example if the product is out of stock, the information is incorrect, or we suspect fraud or fake ordering.

6. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

7. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us.
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels may lead to your future orders being blocked or requiring advance payment.

8. Shipping and Delivery

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. This includes the 7-day return period, replacement-first rule, QC inspection, and penalties for fake returns.

10. Warranty

Some products come with a manufacturer or company warranty. Warranty terms depend on the product and are stated on the product page or warranty card. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, electrical faults, or unauthorized repair.

11. Vouchers and Promotions

• Vouchers, discount codes, and promo codes have their own terms and expiry dates.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable.
• We may cancel any voucher or promotion that is misused.

12. Use of the Website

• Place fake orders or submit fake return claims
