  Fit for All Breed Dogs Over 12 lbs

  Question: Why the collar does not spray or not work?

  Answer:

  (1). The collar will not work automatically, you need to press the remote button to make it work. Please pair the remote and the receiver collar correctly.

  (2). If the Beep and Vibration functions can all work normally, only the Spray function can not work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray, please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (Fill it from the Inflation valve instead of the Spray valve).

  (3). If all functions don't work, maybe the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).

  (4). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the spray valve with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.

  Important Notes and Using Tips:

   

  1. Place the receiver collar on the middle of the dog's neck, and make sure the Spray Nozzle is towards the dog's nose.
  2. Make sure the collar is not too tight or too loose.
  3. For dogs with long furs, trim the furs along the spray path for effective spray range.
  4. Our bark collar is suggested to use for dogs over 6 months and over 12 lbs, not for aggressive dogs.
