Warm Tips: (NO Wireless/wifi/gps)
- This dash cam with card builts in 300mAh battery is just to emergency recording and save settings. Please keep the car recorders camera plugged in always, the vehicle camera will shut down after 5 seconds when there is no external power connection.
- Please format the SD card (have inserted into the "TF" port of dash cam before packaged) on dash camera before using.
- If the car camera screen shows "card full" even with loop recording function open of this dash cam, adjust the sensitivity of the G-sensor to low.
- The Reset hole (A small hole, On top of the top left corner of the car dash cam), meet some problems, you can poke the hole to reset the car dash camera.
- To ensure seamless video recording, please kindly turn off "Motion Detection" and "Auto Power off" on this dashboard camera while you driving.
- If you want the car camera's screen off but the dashcam still keeps a record, simply select "Screen Saver" in the settings and the dash cam will keep a normal record.
- If you want to turn off the on/off sound of this front dash cam with sd card, you can turn it off by finding "Switch Sound/Boot Sound" in the settings.
- This dashcam just have the front car camera, not have the rear camera!!! If you want the rear camera, please mail us we will send it to you.
- How to setup the date/time?? When the dash cams is recording, please press power button to stop record. Then SHORT press menu button TWICE into the tool menu page, and then press down button to find the "date/time" option, press power button to choose. And then press down/up button to change the number, press power button to move.
NOTE: Last June, there was a batch of defective batteries, but we later replaced them with stronger ones. If you purchased a dash camera for cars last year and are experiencing battery issues, please let us know, and we will provide you with a new dash cam.

Recently, there have been comments that the SD card is full, and the dash cam can only record 5 or 10 minutes of video before stopping recording. Firstly, you can check if the SD card is damaged. You can replace it with a brand new 32GB high-speed class 10 SD card, then default the factory settings of the dash cam, format the SD card on the car camera again, and see if the dash camera can work properly. Please rest assured that whether it is a damaged SD card or a problem with the dash cam, we will provide you with a replacement or compensation.
Due to the fact that the suction cup is a consumable item, If you encounter damage to the suction cup, please let us know and we will send you a brand new one.
